Hagar and the God Who Sees for Kids: Bible Story & Printables
The story in a nutshell
When Sarai dealt hardly with her maid Hagar, Hagar fled, and the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness. He told her she would bear a son and call his name Ishmael, "because the LORD hath heard thy affliction," and Hagar called the LORD that spake unto her, "Thou God seest me." Later Abraham sent Hagar and the child away with bread and a bottle of water, and when the water was spent she wept, but "God heard the voice of the lad." God opened her eyes, she saw a well of water, and God was with the lad.
