A Christian Thanksgiving word search with Bible words about giving thanks to God, in three levels so every age in your class has one that fits. Each level prints with or without its answer key.

Easy: 8 short words (thanks, praise, joy, pray...) in a small grid, for preschool and kindergarten.
Medium: 12 words like thankful, mercy and rejoice, for grades 1–3.
Hard: 16 words straight from Psalm 100, Psalm 103 and the story of the ten lepers (Luke 17), hidden in every direction, for grades 4 and up.

Talk about it

When kids finish, read Psalm 100:4 together: "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise." Ask: which word in your puzzle is something you can do today? Then read about the one leper who came back to say thank you in our ten lepers story.

Tips

Hand out the hard level as an early-finisher challenge.

Which level should I print?

Easy (8 words in a small grid) for preschool and kindergarten, medium (12 words) for grades 1–3, and hard (16 words, backwards and diagonal) for grades 4 and up.

What do the words have to do with Thanksgiving?
