Each level downloads on its own, with or without an answer key, and every maze has the King James verse Acts 8:35.
Talk about it: The Spirit said unto Philip, "Go near, and join thyself to this chariot" (Acts 8:29). Philip "preached unto him Jesus" (Acts 8:35). Then "they went down both into the water... and he baptized him" (Acts 8:38).

The Bible story
The angel of the Lord sent Philip to the desert way that goes down to Gaza, where a man of Ethiopia, of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, sat in his chariot reading Esaias the prophet. Philip asked, "Understandest thou what thou readest?" and beginning at the same scripture, he "preached unto him Jesus." When they came to a certain water, the man said, "See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?" He said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God," and they went down both into the water, and Philip baptized him, and he went on his way rejoicing. Read the whole story in Acts 8:26–40 (KJV).
Memory verse: "Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus." (Acts 8:35, KJV). It is printed on every level.
Using the mazes in class
- Give each child the level they can finish: the easy maze for ages 4–6, medium for kindergarten to 2nd grade, hard for 3rd to 5th grade.
- Tell the story first, then let kids trace the path with a finger before they use a pencil or crayon.
- Say the memory verse together when they reach the end, then read the "Talk about it" box on the sheet.
Answer keys
Each level downloads two ways: the puzzle on its own, or with a second page that shows the answer (the path drawn in red). Print the key for helpers, or let kids check their own work.
