Print this The Lord Is My Shepherd coloring page to go with your lesson on Psalm 23.
Tell the story while they color: David, who once kept his father's sheep, wrote, "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters." He also wrote, "thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me" (Psalm 23:1–2, 4). Like a good shepherd, God leads, protects and cares for His people.
Ask: What does a good shepherd do for his sheep? How does God take care of you like that?
