- Easy (ages 4–6): one path with no wrong turns.
- Medium (grades K–2): two or three side paths that lead to dead ends.
- Hard (grades 3–5): many wrong turns, with side paths branching off other side paths.
Each level downloads on its own, with or without an answer key, and every maze has the King James verse Philemon 1:16.
Talk about it: Paul wrote, "I beseech thee for my son Onesimus" (Philemon 1:10). He said, "Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him" (Philemon 1:12). Paul asked Philemon to receive him "as myself" (Philemon 1:17).

The Bible story
Paul, "a prisoner of Jesus Christ," wrote a letter to Philemon, a dearly beloved fellowlabourer with a church in his house. He besought him for "my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds," who "in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me." Paul sent Onesimus again and asked Philemon to receive him "Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved," and said, "If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account... I will repay it." Read the whole story in Philemon 1:1–25 (KJV).
Memory verse: "Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?" (Philemon 1:16, KJV). It is printed on every level.
Using the mazes in class
- Give each child the level they can finish: the easy maze for ages 4–6, medium for kindergarten to 2nd grade, hard for 3rd to 5th grade.
- Tell the story first, then let kids trace the path with a finger before they use a pencil or crayon.
- Say the memory verse together when they reach the end, then read the "Talk about it" box on the sheet.
Answer keys
Each level downloads two ways: the puzzle on its own, or with a second page that shows the answer (the path drawn in red). Print the key for helpers, or let kids check their own work.
