These free Valley of Dry Bones mazes come in three levels, so every child in your class gets a maze they can finish. Help Ezekiel find the way to the valley full of dry bones!

Easy (ages 4–6): one path with no wrong turns.
Medium (grades K–2): two or three side paths that lead to dead ends.
Hard (grades 3–5): many wrong turns, with side paths branching off other side paths.

Each level downloads on its own, with or without an answer key, and every maze has the King James verse Ezekiel 37:4.

Talk about it: The LORD "set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones" (Ezekiel 37:1). God said, "O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD" (Ezekiel 37:4). "The breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet" (Ezekiel 37:10).

The Bible story

The hand of the LORD set the prophet Ezekiel down in the midst of a valley full of bones, and they were very dry. The LORD asked, "Son of man, can these bones live?" and told him to prophesy, "O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD." As he prophesied the bones came together, bone to his bone, and sinews, flesh and skin came upon them, and when breath came into them "they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army." Read the whole story in Ezekiel 37:1–14 (KJV).

Memory verse: "Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD." (Ezekiel 37:4, KJV). It is printed on every level.

Using the mazes in class

Give each child the level they can finish: the easy maze for ages 4–6, medium for kindergarten to 2nd grade, hard for 3rd to 5th grade.
Tell the story first, then let kids trace the path with a finger before they use a pencil or crayon.
Say the memory verse together when they reach the end, then read the "Talk about it" box on the sheet.
