Easy (ages 4–6): kids circle the right word, circle the number and trace part of the memory verse. Medium (grades K–2): kids fill in eight story facts from a word box. Hard (grades 3–5): kids look up eight answers in Mark 10 and Matthew 19 and write the memory verse from memory. Each level downloads by itself or with an answer key page.

How to use it

Teach the story first, then hand out the worksheet as review. Pick the level that fits your kids, or print two levels for a class with mixed ages. For pre-readers, read each sentence and both choices out loud and let them circle.

What's on each level

  • Easy, ages 4–6: five sentences with two choices to circle (children, come, His arms, His hands, blessed), two "circle the number" questions (three things Jesus did; "little" two times) and "Suffer the little children to come unto me" to trace and copy.
  • Medium, grades K–2: a word box and eight fill-in-the-blank facts (young children, touch them, the disciples, much displeased, receive the kingdom, enter therein, His arms, His hands), plus Mark 10:14 with four missing words.
  • Hard, grades 3–5: no word box. Kids read the verse given for each of eight questions and write the answer, write Mark 10:14 with only the first letters given, and answer one "think about it" question.
  • Answer keys: every level has one, with a Bible reference for each answer.
