Unforgiving Servant Crossword for Kids (Easy, Medium and Hard)

These free Unforgiving Servant crossword puzzles come in three levels, so every reader in your class can finish one. Every answer comes from the King James Bible (Matthew 18:21–35), and each level downloads with or without an answer key.

• Easy (ages 5–7): short answers, simple clues and a word box to pick from.
• Medium (grades K–2): more words and no word box.
• Hard (grades 3–5): kids look up each verse in their Bible to find the answer.

The Bible story

Peter asked Jesus how oft he should forgive his brother, "till seven times?" Jesus said, "Until seventy times seven," and told of a certain king whose servant owed him ten thousand talents; the servant fell down and said, "Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all," and the lord was moved with compassion and forgave him the debt. But that same servant found a fellowservant which owed him an hundred pence, would not have patience with him, and cast him into prison. The lord called him and said, "O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt," and Jesus said, "So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses." Memory verse: "Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven." (Matthew 18:22, KJV). It is printed on every level.
