This Books of the Bible worksheet comes in three free printable levels, so every class can use it. Easy (ages 4–6): kids circle the right word, circle the number and trace part of the memory verse. Medium (grades K–2): kids fill in eight story facts from a word box. Hard (grades 3–5): kids look up eight answers in the contents page (the list of books) and write the memory verse from memory. Each level downloads by itself or with an answer key page.

How to use it

Teach the story first, then hand out the worksheet as review. Pick the level that fits your kids, or print two levels for a class with mixed ages. For pre-readers, read each sentence and both choices out loud and let them circle.

What's on each level

  • Easy, ages 4–6: five sentences with two choices to circle (Genesis first, Revelation last, Matthew in the New Testament, Psalms, John), two "circle the number" questions (66 books; 27 in the New Testament) and "given by inspiration of God" (2 Timothy 3:16) to trace and copy.
  • Medium, grades K–2: a word box and eight short runs of books to finish in Bible order (Exodus, Numbers, Joshua, Psalms, Mark, John, Acts, Revelation), plus 2 Timothy 3:16 with four missing words.
  • Hard, grades 3–5: no word box. Kids find eight answers across the Bible, from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21, write 2 Timothy 3:16 with only the first letters given, and write the four Gospels and the first five books in order.
  • Answer keys: every level has one, with a Bible reference for each answer.
