Adam and Eve

Use this word search after you teach Adam and Eve (Genesis 2–3).

The story: The LORD God put Adam in the beautiful Garden of Eden and commanded him not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The serpent beguiled (tricked) Eve, and she ate the fruit and gave it to Adam, and he did eat, and sin came into the world. Even then, God promised that the woman's seed would bruise the serpent's head: the first promise of the Savior.

Talk about it: Big idea: Obedience, Sin, God's promise. Which word from the puzzle reminds you most of the story?

Three levels: easy (ages 4–6) has 6 big words that go only across and down; medium (grades K–2) has 10 words that also go diagonally; hard (grades 3–5) has 16 words that go every direction, even backwards. Each downloads with or without an answer key.
