Tell the story while they color: The king set the royal crown on Esther's head and made her queen. When her people were in danger, Esther asked them to fast for her, and said, "so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish." When the king saw Esther standing in the court, "the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sceptre" (Esther 2:17; 4:16; 5:2).
Ask: Esther was brave and asked her people to pray and fast first. What is something brave God might ask you to do?
